I serve as Executive Director / CEO of the California Water Environment Association (CWEA), where I lead an 11,000-member statewide organization focused on workforce development, education, credentialing, and environmental stewardship.

Throughout my career, I have driven results in board governance, strategic planning, revenue diversification, membership growth, brand strategy, public affairs, conferences and events, and talent development.
