Professional Bio
Kim Bresler joined the Worker and Farmer Labor Association (WAFLA) in the spring of 2011 as one of the organization’s founding employees. She currently serves as Chief Marketing and Membership Officer, where she leads WAFLA’s marketing strategy, membership growth, communications, and industry engagement.
Prior to joining WAFLA, Kim spent nearly five years with the Washington Farm Bureau’s Employer Services Division, where she assisted agricultural employers with HR, labor, and employment support. She brings 25 years of experience working with trade associations, along with several earlier years supporting attorneys in legal office roles.
Kim is actively involved in the association community and currently serves as Chair of the Washington Advisory Council for Associations West, helping strengthen professional connections and resources for association leaders across the region.
