Grow Together: Cultivating Connection and Growth

Just as succulents thrive by adapting, women leaders flourish when they cheer on others. In this interactive session, we’ll explore some tools for cultivating leadership resilience. Through guided reflection and thoughtful discussion, you'll explore how to make mindset contagious (in the best way), champion other women authentically, and create a culture where gratitude transforms both attitude and outcomes. Come ready to plant new ideas, propagate leadership, and leave a little more rooted and radiant.

In this high-energy session, you will:

  • Cultivate a growth mindset to positively influence team morale, engagement, and impact
  • Identify practical ways to intentionally support and amplify other women leaders
  • Apply simple gratitude practices that enhance personal well-being and strengthen professional relationships

The Pot & Sip Experience at The Prickly Pear

Following the speaker session join us for a hands-on workshop where you can be creative with planting a pot - while also enjoying light apps and drinks.

  • You will get to personalize a terracotta pot by planting a succulent or houseplant, all materials included.
  • Workshops are beginner-friendly and include step-by-step instructions from an instructor, who helps with everything from painting techniques to basic plant care.
  • Get ready to engage in a fun and welcoming environment where you can socialize, unwind, and connect with your colleagues and friends - while getting a bit creative!
