Meeting Planner Lunch

Meeting Planner Lunches are a place for you to:

• Connect with your meetings and events peers
• Get input on your challenges you're facing
• Share tips and new ideas
• Find out about the latest in the association industry

Registration is Complimentary

Members Only (association professionals and 3rd party meeting planners) - lunch will be provided. Space is limited, early registration is recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by Monday, October 19, otherwise you will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

Parking 

Several paid parking options are available within a short walk of Tequila Museo Mayahuel. Nearby options include the Capitol Parking Garage (1125 10th Street) and City Hall Garage (1000 I Street). Limited metered street parking is also available in the surrounding area.

Please note that downtown parking rates and availability may vary, especially during special events, so we recommend allowing extra time.
