Webinar: Building Sustainable Non-Dues Revenue: Focus on Sponsorship Strategy
A virtual series that will explore topics relevant to the CAE domains.
Building Sustainable Non-Dues Revenue: Business Models That Work (With a Focus on Sponsorship Strategy)
Many associations are looking to grow non-dues revenue – but too often, results fall short because efforts are built around tactics rather than a clear business model.
This interactive webinar focuses on how to design non-dues revenue programs that are intentional, sustainable, and aligned with member value. We will explore the core elements that drive success across revenue streams, including strategy, structure, staffing, goals, and internal alignment.
While these principles apply broadly – to exhibits, sponsorships, affinity programs, and digital offerings – the session will use sponsorship programs as a primary example to illustrate how associations can move from transactional revenue to more strategic, outcome-driven approaches.
Participants will:
- Assess the strengths and gaps in their current non-dues revenue approach
- Learn practical strategies to improve sponsorship performance and value
- Develop a draft plan to strengthen or expand their association’s sponsorship program
This is a working session designed for association executives who want to move beyond incremental tactics and build more effective, scalable non-dues revenue models.
Note that this will be a 90 minute workshop followed by an optional 30 minutes for questions, answers, and general discussion.
