CAE Credit

She is currently an Account Executive with IntrinXec Management, Inc., bringing passion and expertise in membership databases, CMS platforms, member communications, marketing, sponsorship sales, and certificate programs. Adrienne was selected as a 2013 DELP Scholar and earned her CAE designation in 2014. She thrives on helping staff, members, and volunteer leaders work smarter and more effectively through innovation, education, and technology. Adrienne is deeply committed to the growth of individuals and organizations—nonprofit and for-profit alike—and is an active member of both FSAE and ASAE.
Greg Melia, CAE, CEO
Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA)
Greg Melia, CAE, has served as CEO of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) since 2019. CXPA is the premier global nonprofit for customer experience professionals, with members in over 70 countries. Greg’s career spans leadership roles in member experience at ASAE, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and CXPA, as well as work in employee culture strategy at the EPA and video storytelling at ITN Productions. He began his career with the inaugural staff at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City. Greg holds degrees from The College of William & Mary and the London School of Economics, and a graduate certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership. A Coca-Cola Scholar, Greg lives in Columbia, SC with his wife Amy. They have two daughters, Frannie (USC '27) and Marguerite, a high school sophomore.
