With more than twenty years of experience in the training room, she generates buy-in from leaders to strengthen workplace culture, build trust, and develop skills that drive results. Blending humor with the brain science of how people learn and connect, Becky models what effective facilitation looks like in every session.

Whether delivering highly-interactive virtual workshops or lively in-person training, she helps people grow as leaders, communicators, and collaborators. Her mission is simple: to ignite engagement and help people become the best version of themselves.

Before launching teamWorks, Becky led dynamic leadership and volunteer initiatives with the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life. A proud University of Washington alum (Go, Huskies!), she continues to inspire leaders globally. From corporate to associations to nonprofits to government, she adapts across sectors to make professional development fun, impactful and results-driven.
