Jenn Norman

Jenn's journey in the association industry started when she became a member of her local advertising federation while she attended the University of Florida. She later moved on to serve as President of AAF Gainesville and AMA Tampa Bay and caught a passion for the industry seeing the impact it brought to her professional career and the members around her.

As part of the Novi AMS team since its inception in 2015, she was able to combine her knowledge of the association industry with customer support skills developed on the job to help develop and launch Novi's onboarding and customer support programs. In her current role as VP of Customer Growth, her commitment is to driving growth, fostering relationships, and innovating in the customer space.
