Jim Letchworth

With more than three decades in the trade show and events industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients bring their visions to life, from initial concept to the show floor. My career began in 1991 with a family-owned general service contractor in California, where I gained hands-on experience in exhibitor services, account management, and sales leadership.

In 2006, I joined Global Experience Specialists (GES), where I continue to connect people and brands through meaningful live experiences. As Director of Business Development, I manage key client relationships while driving new growth opportunities across our exhibitions and experiential portfolios.

I’m deeply committed to advancing our industry and the professionals who power it. For more than 25 years, I’ve been an active member of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), serving on the Southwest Chapter Board, leading as Chapter Chair in 2007, and facilitating CEM courses nationally and internationally since 2015. I proudly hold both the Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) designation and the CEM Advanced Professional (CEM-AP) certification, which I earned in December 2025. I am also a graduate of IAEE’s Krakoff Leadership Institute and Sales Academy.
