Natalie Morales

My personal and professional motto is to listen, lead with passion, and make a positive difference. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 18 years. These years include expert experience in sales, food and beverage, hotel management, event planning, and wellness. While growing up in Huntington Beach, California I found my passion for the hospitality industry at the young age of 14, working at a snack bar and bussing tables. After graduating in 2015 from CSULB with my Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, my Marriott Career began at the Irvine Marriott. I started in Food and Beverage working my way up to Senior Event Manager. In 2019, I embarked on my first sales role as a Senior Catering Sales Executive at what is now VEA Newport Beach. This ultimately led me to Dual Destination Sales Executive/ Sr. Catering Sales Executive at Marriott Bayview Newport Beach, California. During the pandemic, I received my license in esthetics which helped in the success of working as Spa Manager for the opening of VEA Newport Beach and my skincare studio. In 2023, I returned full time to Marriott and held the role of Sr. Catering Sales Executive at Lido House Newport Beach, California where I was recognized as Leader of the Year. I’m currently experiencing a full circle moment with my return to Irvine Marriott as the new Sales Executive. Outside of work, I enjoy my time with my family, husband, baby boy, Wyatt, and bulldog, Louie. My hobbies include yoga, cycling, skincare, and planning trips. I look forward to connecting!
