Shannon Vidal-Soto

I am a hospitality sales leader with extensive experience in group, convention, entertainment, and luxury hotel sales. I currently serve as Destination Sales Executive at the Seattle Marriott Bellevue, focusing on large group business and developing new opportunities.

My career includes leadership roles with Marriott, Fairmont, MGM Resorts International, Hyatt, and Wyndham, giving me experience across everything from large conventions and corporate programs to entertainment and high-profile events.
Before joining the Seattle Marriott Bellevue, I served as Executive Director of Sales at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and worked in regional entertainment sales with MGM Resorts International. I also have an operations background, having previously held General Manager and Director of Operations roles.

I enjoy building relationships, finding new business, and working closely with customers to bring programs together. I have a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and is fluent in English and Spanish.
