What Scholarship Covers | Timing |
| Achieving Your CAE | Candidates that qualify or will be qualified in the next year, to take the Certified Association Executive exam. | The award of $500 can be applied to anything related to attaining your CAE (books, exam fee, Study Group, etc.) or to re-certification. Qualifier: you must take the exam within one year of being granted the award. |
The CAE exam takes place in December and May each year.
Associations West study groups (virtual) meet weekly for 8 to 10 weeks before the December exam.

| Ascend: Association Leadership Lab | Mid-level association professionals ready to step into higher levels of leadership | This award provides complimentary registration, one night at the host hotel, and reimbursement of travel expenses. |

| ELEVATE Annual Conference | Mid and upper-association management. For more event info click here. | This award provides complimentary registration, three nights at the host hotel, and reimbursement of travel expenses. |

| Learning Fund | Any interested association professional | $250 "credit" that can be applied for registration at any in-person or virtual program. | Can be applied to any program by June 30, 2027 |
Applications for fall/winter programs are due October 1. Applications for spring programs are due January 15. Scholarship applications will be reviewed by the Leadership Development Committee, with notifications going out by early November and mid-February.
