Ashleigh Enders

A hospitality sales professional with a dynamic career spanning some of California’s most desirable coastal destinations. I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and after graduating from the University of Central Florida, I followed my sense of adventure out west to the Grand Canyon National Park. I spent five years there building the foundation of my career in hospitality before making my way to California.
My first stop was Pismo Beach, where I served as the Director of Sales & Catering for a 27-hole golf course for nearly four years. From there, I continued growing my experience along the California coast in Monterey as a Sales Manager at Embassy Suites by Hilton Monterey Bay – Seaside. I later moved to Oxnard, where I had the opportunity to represent the stunning all-suite, beachfront Embassy Suites by Hilton Mandalay Beach Resort, focusing on bringing group business to the property.
Today, I’m based in Ventura, California, at Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach, where I work primarily with the government and association markets. Throughout my career, I’ve really enjoyed building relationships, connecting people with great destinations, and helping create memorable meeting and event experiences.
