With more than 25 years in the talent industry, I’ve seen firsthand why people take jobs, leave jobs, and stay with companies. My first decade in third-party recruiting taught me that success requires grit, determination, systems thinking, and empathy—always in that order. As a top producer, I personally placed more than 5,000 people in direct-hire roles; as a founder and CEO, my teams placed more than 10,000 leaders across medical education, pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and technology.
Early on, I developed a proprietary hiring process and delivered managed recruiting services long before they became industry standard. After an 18-year career in Search & Talent Consulting—including serving on the National Association of Personnel Services Board and leading its talent-retention certification—I exited AllianceHR Network and intentionally carved out my IP, Conscious Hiring, to elevate the future of workforce selection. That mission brought me to Silicon Valley, where I transformed my methodology into workflow software for small and midsize organizations.
I founded KeenAlignment as the culmination of everything I’ve learned about people, culture, leadership, and organizational performance. Today, as CEO and Founding Principal, I focus on organizational alignment, executive leadership coaching, and culture transformation. Our work consistently drives measurable results: increased EBITDA, higher employee engagement, significantly improved leadership effectiveness, and execution success that accelerates growth and boosts investor confidence.
My purpose is simple and profound: to liberate the human spirit at work. I believe people thrive when they are aligned with meaningful work, led with clarity and intention, and empowered to contribute their highest value.
