Packing List
Attire is business casual, you'll be right at home in jeans and comfy shoes, and remember layers both for indoors/outdoors.
- Celebrate Elevate's 20th Anniversay at Tuesday night's Roaring 20s Theme Party! Attendees are encouraged to step back in time to the 1920s and dress in iconic regalia from the era.
- Some events will be outdoors - as noted on the schedule. Be sure to pack sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, light jackets, etc.
- Party with The Partners - this is an indoor/outdoor event. You will enjoy a Duffy Boat ride over to the Balboa Yacht Club, if you have concerns about the boat ride please e-mail us so we can arrange alternative transportation.
- Don't forget workout clothes if you plan to join the Sunrise Energizer classes or certain Elevate Unplugged activities.
- Keep it green and bring a refillable water bottle - hydration is key!
Location
Be sure to navigate to the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach Hotel at 1107 Jamboree Rd, Newport Beach, CA 92660 as there are multiple Hyatt hotels in the area and we don't want you to end up in the wrong spot.

Overnight self-parking: $15 For those not staying at the hotel: stop by the Associations West registration desk for a validation sticker to receive the $15/day group parking rate

Conferences can feel a bit intimidating and overwhelming, we get it and know you’re not alone. At Elevate, our Connection Takeoff program is here to help you ease in. We’ll introduce you to other attendees and friendly volunteers so you can jump into the conference with confidence. You'll also learn a little more about what to expect and how to make the most of your Elevate experience.

Rule of Two Feet - If you’re not vibing with a session, its totally fine to leave and move to another one.
Take Breaks as Needed - There are plenty of beautiful and peaceful outdoor spaces to unplug for awhile.
