Sunday, April 12

Conferences can feel a bit intimidating and overwhelming, we get it and know you’re not alone. At Elevate our Connection Takeoff program is here to help you ease in. We’ll introduce you to other attendees and friendly volunteers so you can jump into the conference with confidence. You'll also learn a little more about what to expect and how to make the most of your Elevate experience. Plus there's a handful of optional and casual Connection Meetups woven throughout the conference.

4:00 - 6:00 pm Welcome Happy Hour (outdoors)

6:00 - 8:00 pm Dinner Dine Arounds (optional)
*New* this year - partake in small-group dinners and experience the local Newport Beach food scene! Plus get to know some fellow association peeps in a relaxed, social setting before the hustle and bustle of the conference. Cost is on your own.

One of the highlights of the conference - relax on the water with a leisurely duffy boat ride over to Balboa Yacht Club for an enchanting sunset reception featuring gourmet bites, lively libations, and no shortage of fun to be had!

For our industry partner attendees to enjoy who are not conference partners this year.

*New* this year - beat the afternoon/end of conference slump by participating in an extra curricular experience. Choose from 10 different activities (mainly outdoors). It’s a chance to unwind, swap stories, and get to know the people behind the name badges. Some of the best conference moments happen outside the meeting rooms—come be part of them.

6:00 - 8:00 pm Roaring 20's Dinner - Celebrating Elevate's 20th Anniversary
One thing to know about Elevate - we love a good theme night! Attendees are encouraged to step back in time to the 1920s and dress in iconic regalia from the era. Women's examples include drop-waist flapper dresses, beaded embellishments, fringe details, cloche hats, long pearl necklaces, and T-strap heels. Men’s fashions featured high-waisted trousers, suspenders, wingtip shoes, and fedoras or newsboy caps.
