Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Associations West office via email to Jessica@myassociationswest.org by March 20, 2026, to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this date. No refunds will be issued to those who register for the conference but do not attend. However, you may substitute another attendee in your place if you are unable to participate.
